Eligibility Conditions

For Registrar

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale) or its equivalent positions, or on the positions of Lecturer with eight years of service in Reader’s grade or its equivalent with work experience in Educational Administration
    Or
    Minimum 15 years of work experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs 7000 and above, of which 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs 8000 and above on the position of Associate Professor, along with experience in Educational Administration
    Or
    Minimum 15 years of Administrative experience, out of which minimum 8 years of experience as Deputy Registrar or its equivalent post
                       Or
    Have comparable experience in Research Establishment or in other Institutions of Higher Education

For Deputy Registrar

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as Assistant Professor or its equivalent in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above in a College / University, with experience in Educational Administration
    Or
    Minimum 5 years of work experience as Lecturer or its equivalent in a College / University with experience in Educational Administration
    Or
    Minimum 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in its equivalent post
    Or
    Have comparable experience in research establishment or in other Institutions of Higher Education

For Assistant Registrar

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with good academic record, with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University.

For University Auditor

  • Should be an Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of work experience in accounts work on a Senior Supervisory Position in a Statutory University / Govt. Department / Large Corporate Organization
                     Or
    M.Com Degree with Accountancy as a special subject with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University / Institute, with minimum 10 years of work experience in accounts work on a Senior Supervisory Position in a Statutory University / Govt. Department / Large Corporate Organization
    Or
    B.Com Degree with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University, with minimum 20 years of work experience in Accounts / Audit work on a Senior Supervisory Position i.e., on a post carrying a scale of pay Rs.9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600, in a Statutory University / Govt. Department / Large Corporate Organization

For System Manager

  • M.Tech / ME Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering with 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University / Institute
    Or
    Master’s Degree
    in Computer Applications (MCA) with minimum 55% or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University / Institute
    Or
    Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) with Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Technology / Information Technology with minimum 55% or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Software Development / Web Technologies / Database Management / Network Administration in a reputed Educational Institute or Commercial / Service Industry

For University Press Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale, with minimum 5 years of work experience in a responsible and supervisory capacity, in a large and reputed Printing Press
     Or
    Diploma in Printing Technology / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale, with minimum 10 years of work experience in a responsible and supervisory capacity in a large and reputed Printing Press
  • Should have sound knowledge of various types of Machines and Printing Techniques, working of Factory Act, Press Administration, Labour Laws and Labour Relations

For Deputy Executive Engineer

  • BE Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale from a recognized University with minimum 3 years of work experience in Building Construction, Planning, Supervision, R.C.C. Designing, Maintenance, and repair work of Buildings, Roads & Garden, with repairs and maintenance of essential services like water supply, drainage, etc.
                       Or
    Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale, with minimum 6 years of work experience in the Building Construction, Planning, Supervision, R.C.C. Designing, Maintenance, and repair work of Buildings, Roads & Garden, with repairs and maintenance of essential services like water supply, drainage, etc.

For Additional Assistant Engineer

  • BE Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale from a recognized University, with minimum one year of work experience in the Building Construction, Planning, Supervision, R.C.C. Designing, Maintenance, and repair work of Buildings, Roads & Garden, with repairs and maintenance of essential services and electrical installations
    Or
    Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale, with minimum 3 years of work experience Building Construction, Planning, Supervision, R.C.C. Designing, Maintenance, and repair work of Buildings, Roads & Garden, with repairs and maintenance of essential services and electrical installations.
